The room was cheap, clean and VERY large. Staff were lovely and got us to the airport for our early flight. A little noisy from the planes but had no trouble sleeping. Found a great little local restaurant just up the road

excellent hotel. We were picked up from Hanoi airport as part of the service. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lovely bathroom. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were leaving early in the morning fo our flight and they made us breakfast sandwiches to take with us.

The customer service at Family Airport Hotel was amazing! From the pickup at 12:30MN (4usd) to the drop off, the staff showed great kindness and hospitality. Before checking out, they asked us if we needed a ride back to the airport. We were going to the city center so they arranged a ride for us for that instead (15usd). Not only that, they also helped us out when we realized that my husband forgot his 2-day-old wedding ring inside the room where we checked in! We were already 12 miles away from the hotel when we realized this. They found the ring inside the room and arranged to have it delivered to the hotel we were staying in the city center that same day. That gave us such a huge relief! Family airport hotel is indeed recommended for those who are in transit and need a stay near the noi bai international airport.

We chose to stay in this hotel for it's proximity to the airport and the price of course. There were a lot of positive reviews and it was reassuring to know that was the case in real life. For the price we paid (£17) there's nothing I could complain about. Nice service, massive rooms with comfortable bed, very clean and quite. A/C could have been a little more powerful but we had a fan too which was adequate. We also ordered airport transfer which was smooth and cheap. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here twice. The rooms were large and very basic. Mattresses firm. Showers and bathroom roomy. Toiletries provided. Noted they were not refreshed or replaced after use by previous occupant(s) second time around. The manager Siro & his assistants were very accommodating. Breakfast was better than a mere roll. You could have soup noodles if desired. Was told on final checkout they provide a pickup service from Hanoi International. Just prearrange. Transport to airport provided at additional cost. Convenience.
